Invite seekers to your project
After your project has been published, The Opportunity Hub’s matching algorithm will recommend your project to seekers who possess the appropriate skills, experience, or interests.
Send additional tailored invitations to seekers you believe would be a strong fit for your project through the Evaluate Opportunity Seekers tab. Use this view to message recommended seekers on the “Relevant Opportunity Seekers” list or scan the entire seeker population with the Browse Opportunity Seekers button.

Browse opportunity seekers
After selecting “Browse Opportunity Seekers”, quickly search for seekers by criteria that is most relevant to you using the “Filter By” tool. This tool will allow you to search for seekers based on their skills, location, industry experience, and work experience.
Once you come across a seeker you’re interested in working with, simply click the blue “add” button and send them a brief message inviting them to connect.

Next steps after invitations have been sent
After your project has been published, you can expect to receive email notifications as interested seekers submit brief introductions highlighting their desire to take part in your project.
Feel free to connect with those seekers to discuss the project, and once you’re ready to work together, simply request to begin the project.
