What is included in project feedback?
Project feedback is submitted by the project owner following the conclusion of a project, and includes a rating across 5 metrics (Quality, Timeliness, Presentation, Communication, and Expertise). This feedback is aggregated to an overall rating 5-star rating on your profile.
How will I know when I have received feedback?
Following the completion of the project you will receive an email notification from The Opportunity Hub informing you that the project owner has left feedback for the project.
Where is this feedback displayed?
After you receive feedback on a project, your overall 5-star rating for the engagement and newly collected initiative badge will be displayed onto your Opportunity Hub profile.
The Project Testimonials section of your profile will also be updated to include qualitative feedback from the Opportunity Owner and endorsement for the skills you utilized for the project.

Positive project feedback will enhance your profile on The Opportunity Hub and ensure that you are considered for future projects. Additionally, we encourage you to share feedback and endorsements with your line manager as you discuss your career progression at Shell.
