Participation in The Opportunity Hub is voluntary. All work done for these projects is considered extracurricular and cannot take priority over your current role and responsibilities. A few general guidelines to be mindful of:
- You must be able to dedicate approximately 4-6 hours per week to an opportunity outside of your day-to-day role. Please be realistic about which projects you can commit to.
- Projects can be long or short, part-time or full-time so you should plan to have bandwidth during the specified period. You will be able to view all project details including scope, duration, and required skills which you are to discuss and seek approval from your line manager before you apply.
- Unique within Enriching Experiences – some of the projects might be a significantly longer duration. Please be cautious to involve the right stakeholders before committing to a significant experience.
- You must demonstrate impeccable corporate citizenship at all times. You are required to be responsive to the Opportunity Owner throughout the project, and provide all agreed-upon deliverables within project timeframe.
