Participation in the Opportunity Hub is voluntary. All work done for Opportunity Hub projects is considered extracurricular and cannot take precedence over your current role and responsibilities. A few general guidelines to be mindful of:
- You must be able to dedicate approximately 4-6 hours per week to an opportunity outside of your day-to-day role. Please be realistic about which projects you can commit to.
- Projects will last between 4-8 weeks so you should plan to have bandwidth during that time. You will be able to view all project details including scope, duration, and required skills before you apply in order to make an informed decision.
- You must demonstrate impeccable corporate citizenship at all times. You are required to be responsive to the Opportunity Owner throughout the project, and provide all agreed-upon deliverables within project timeframe.
